Our Journey Raising Two Children with Special Needs
This blog chronicles our life raising two children, Nicholas 14, diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome and Weston 17, diagnosed with Autism/Asperger's/ADHD. It's the ups, the downs, the joys, the sorrows and most importantly, the beauty of living a life less perfect, a life more meaningful.

It's 90 degrees here in New England today and a very good day to blast the sprinklers. Weston and Nicholas donned their swimming trunks and gathered the waterproof toys for a nice long soak amidst the cool sprays.
Muffy decided to join in the craze, somewhat reluctantly at first. Weston used the leash to coax her. At first, she stubbornly refused (see above). But it wasn't long before our furry friend weaved around the periphery, where the gentle sprinkles were more suitable for her. And of course, it wasn't long before we heard her familiar........ Arrrrrrrooooooooooowwwww!
